TNS Converter ("the Service") is provided by Darkpixel. This policy describes how we handle your data when you use our file conversion service.
Files you upload are stored temporarily in memory only for the duration of the conversion process. Once the converted TNS file has been delivered to your browser, all uploaded and generated files are immediately and permanently deleted. We do not retain, archive, backup, or inspect the contents of your files.
We do not collect personal information through the conversion service itself. If Google Analytics is enabled, standard anonymised usage data (page views, browser type, country) may be collected to help us understand how the service is used. No file contents or filenames are sent to any analytics service.
The Service itself does not set cookies. If Google Analytics is enabled, it may set cookies in accordance with Google's privacy policy.
Your files are never shared with, transmitted to, or accessible by any third party. All processing happens on our server and files remain in temporary memory throughout.
We enforce a 2 MB upload limit and validate file types server-side. Files are processed in isolated temporary directories and cleaned up automatically. While we take reasonable precautions, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of data in transit.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
