1. Acceptance of Terms

By using TNS Converter ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service converts user-uploaded files (PDF, text, and images) into TI-Nspire TNS format. Files are processed temporarily and are not stored after conversion is complete.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not upload:

• Files that contain illegal, obscene, or harmful content
• Copyrighted material that you do not have the right to convert or distribute
• Malicious files, malware, or any content designed to exploit or damage systems
• Content that violates the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Files containing personal data of others without their consent

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the files you upload comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

4. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Converted files will be compatible with all TI-Nspire hardware or software versions
• The quality or accuracy of conversions will meet your specific requirements
• Any defects in the Service will be corrected

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Darkpixel and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loss or corruption of data or files
• Damage to hardware, software, or calculator devices
• Inability to use converted files
• Any consequences resulting from reliance on the Service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data in transit

6. User Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for the content you upload and how you use converted files
• You will not use the Service to facilitate cheating, academic dishonesty, or any form of examination fraud
• You bear all risk associated with using converted TNS files on your devices
• You are responsible for maintaining backups of your original files

7. Intellectual Property

TI-Nspire and TNS are trademarks of Texas Instruments Incorporated. This Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Texas Instruments. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

8. Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice or liability. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of the Service without notice.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Darkpixel, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved in the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
